Dharani Telangana

The Revenue Department of Telangana introduced Dharani, an integrated land records management system. This web portal integrated land registration and administration services, serving as a single point of contact for land parcels and performing land-related duties in a timely and effective manner. On the Dharani portal, users can also check the status of other lands.

NOTE: The Below services are on the homepage of the DHARANI PORTAL And the other options are going to be explained in the next blog.

Dharani Homepage

• A User/Citizen can view his/her owned land details on the Dharani portal, In the option called LAND DETAIL SEARCH.

In the above reference picture, you can see the Land details search option. Where you can look out the details of your land. Here the user has to select the district, Mandal, and village where his/her land situated. After that dharani will show all the survey numbers on the screen. you have to select which survey number you want to know details of. And enter captcha then click on the option fetch.

• A User/Citizen can view his/her Market value of lands for Stamp Duty. In the Option called VIEW MARKET VALUE OF LANDS FOR STAMP DUTY.

• A User/Citizen can view his/her land transaction status. If the land is in any dispute or one has any court pending case in the respective land he/she can view the land status in the option called PROHIBITED LANDS.

• A User/citizen can view his/her land Encumbrance Details. If a citizen has a mortgage on his/her land for a loan or anyone. These details can be seen in the option called ENCUMBRANCE DETAILS.

• A User/citizen can view the respective registration Document details. In the option called REGISTERED DOCUMENT DETAILS.

• There is an option called DOWNLOADS where any changes made by the government are shown in that option in the form of PDF. For citizen reference.

• A User/citizen can view CADASTRAL MAPS-of their respective survey number and the survey number surrounding citizens' owned survey number.

• A User/citizen can view application status whether he/she filed any grievance or any in the option E-challan/APPLICATION STATUS
